Cloisonne enamel censer with cylindrical legs 18thc. This cloisonne censer is in an ovoid form with cylindrical legs, loop handles and passion flower decoration on a blue ground. Four character mark on base. There is an old repair to the underneath upper part of one of the legs where it attaches to the bottom which is very hard to notice. We show a picture of this area. The censer measures 7 inches deep,and 9 inches high.

Chinese 18thc Kang Cupboard

Chinese 18thc Kang Cupboard. This is a handsome example of a Classic Kang Cupboard with simple square construction. Contains five slim drawers above a small two door cupboard. Finely carved decorative fringe depicting the three friends lies between both legs. Measures 62 inches long by 14 and three quarter inches deep and 20 inches high. We have provided a copy of the original receipt when it was purchase in China 18 years ago.

Carved Green Crystal Chinese mounted urn lamp. This Chinese carved green crystal urn with cover is mounted on a custom carved rosewood stand with green Jade base. Wired as a lamp and quality mounted in the early 1900's. Custom selected and trimmed shade. Lamp overall measurements are 22 inches high. The vase and base measure 12 inches high.

Chinese Buddhist Stelle stone carving A. D. 557-581. The work of the Northern Chou dynasty which dominated the North China West of the Yellow River between A. D. 557-581 This is based on the columns and on the treatment of the curtain above which indicates western influences. The Northern Chou people were in close contact with the peoples of Central Asia.We have a letter dated October 17 1962 from John A Pope Director of the Freer Gallery of Art at the Smithsonian Institution addressed to our consignor explaining he had talked to the then Leading authority on Chinese sculpture, Professor Osvald Siren about this piece. Professor Osvald Siren gave the above description of this Chinese sculpture. All letters are available to the purchaser of the sculpture. This carving measures 21 inches tall,13 inches wide and 6 and one half inches thick.
